The following CCD images were all taken from my backyard observatory, here in New Milford CT.

The following images were done with a MX916CCD unless otherwise noted.
Many of the images were aquired through a process of accumulation, and stacking.
Exposures ranging from several seconds to several minutes are taken, and stacked together, resulting in a single long exposure.
Some of the objects are just barely visible in the 16" Newtonian, a result of the local light pollution that I have to deal with.

It's amazing what a $60 lens can give you. Of course a $3000 CCD setup does the majority of the work

NGC6946 10 various exposures, ranging from 10 to 20 seconds.
Bad night of tracking/moonlight/focus.

Most of the CCD images were short multiple exposures, ranging from 10 seconds to 3 minutes, stacked, with a little manual guiding intervention.
